Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To initiate a return, you must contact us by email at support@stonley.com within the 14-day period. After your request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as when received
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Have all seals intact and unopened

For hygiene and safety reasons, products with broken seals cannot be returned.

Please keep your proof of postage, as Stonley cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
